Joseph "Billy" Joyner set out to start his own septic business in the in the mid 1980's which became AA Septic Tank Service. A complete septic service that included installs, pumping and it's own precast plant to build the tanks. He built the business for many years until he retired and his son Wayne Joyner took the reigns and continues to install septic systems.

In 2004 third generation Billy Joyner II created AA Precast Products. It continues to grow today offering septic tanks, utility and storm water structures in the precast market.
